The data provided with your editorial submission shall be processed by
Edizioni Centro Studi Erickson S.p.A., as data controller, with the sole purpose
of handling your editorial submission. Data processing shall be performed by
authorised persons and data processors (consultants etc.). Data processing is
legitimate in so much as it is necessary in order to perform pre-contractual
services and, potentially, a contract which the interested party has entered into.
In the event that the submission is rejected, personal data will be kept for a
maximum of 2 years after submission of this proposal form. In case of publication,
your personal data will be retained for a maximum of 7 years from the publication
of the contribution We hereby inform you that you are entitled to exert the rights
provided under articles 15 et seq. of GDPR. For further information please contact
